Jeff Sterrett

CEO and Founder

Mr. Jeff Sterrett began his roofing career when he Co-founded Supreme Systems Inc. in 1987 and served as the Chief Financial Officer. His corporation grew to $30 million in annual sales and is recognized as a leader in the roofing industry as one of the largest single office operations in the country.

After taking a few months for early retirement, Jeff missed work and returned to the roofing/construction industry forming TXO in 2016.
His leadership with customer service, roofing expertise, job costing, estimating, risk management and administration has propelled TXO into a solid $12 million company serving customers in all types or roofing, construction and service work.

His leadership focus: Always finishing projects safely, on time, under budget and with quality workmanship the primary objective. Communicate and corroborate.

Mr. Sterrett has more than 30 years of financial, operations, business development, sales, leadership and job site experience. He holds a BS in Business Administration and Finance from Truman State University.

Jeff and his wife of 30 years live near downtown Fort Worth. Living near his office and 2 children and three spectacular grandchildren has been his life’s dream scenario.

During his 33-year career he has seen, resolved virtually any situation that could arise during roofing construction.  All types of roofs with every major manufacturer.
