Grayson started in the roofing industry when he was 16 years old at Supreme Roofing Systems. He spent his summers in high school and college learning about and installing all the different types of commercial roof systems. Within those years at Supreme, he also learned the estimating side of the business and spent 2 years as an estimator under the expertise of Jeff and George.

He then went on to work as a 911 paramedic and Field Training Officer for MedStar, serving the City of Fort Worth and surrounding communities for 5 years. TXO is proud to have Grayson a part of the team as he is well versed in all types of commercial roofing along with knowledge of safety, first aid, and life support should the need arise.
Grayson began at TXO in March of 2019 and wears many hats at TXO. He is engaged in project management, estimating, and helps run the Service Department.
